Tellwell Newspaper, Abuja – Nigeria:
NNPP Presidential Candidate Rabiu Kwankwaso and his running mate Isaac Idahosa
From Godwin Agia, Jalingo

The presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) for the 2023 elections, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has promised to midwife the birth of a new Nigeria if elected.

Kwankwaso led his campaign train to Jalingo, Taraba State, last weekend where he berated the PDP and APC administrations for ‘failing’ the country over the last 22 years.

He maintained that the administrations of the two parties had failed over the years to provide succour for Nigerians amidst rising socioeconomic challenges, pointing out that all indices of socioeconomic development are daily rising in the negative side.

“We have seen the performance of the APC and PDP and all of us believe that they have failed the country woefully and nobody should expect anything from them again,” he maintained, stressing, “These people in the two parties have failed and failed woefully; they have nothing to offer.”

Kwankwaso observed that the rising cases of insecurity across the country and excruciating economic hardships, which, according to him, had resulted in poverty, unemployment, inflation were enough reasons for the people to vote out the ruling APC in the 2023 elections.

He said if elected president, he would restore peace and security, create jobs for the youth and roll out infrastructural development to facilitate the country’s prosperity.
