Zamfara to Purchase N100m Furniture for Schools | Tellwell Newspaper

In an effort improve learning environment in schools, the Zamfara State government is to purchase N100 million worth of funiture for both primary and secondary schools across the state.
This was disclosed by the Chairman Zamfara State Universal Basic Education Board, Alhaji Abubakar Aliyu Danmadamin Maradun, during the flag off of the distribution of chairs at Government Girls Secondary School Janyau and Gidan Roba in Gusau metropolis.
Danmadamin Maradun said considering the importance of education in the society, the government has already paid all counterpart matching grant.
In their separate speeches, the Principal Government Girls Secondary School, Janyau, Hajiya Sa’adatu Almajir, and her Gidan Roba counterpart, Hajiya Hawa’u Muhmmad Nafaru, thanked the chairman for the distribution of the items.
